NBA Free Agency Tracker

The summer 2027 class — every NBA player whose contract expires after the 2026-27 season, tagged unrestricted, restricted, player option or team option.

182 players · 87 unrestricted · 21 restricted · 37 player options · 35 team options · 2 mutual options · Source: Hoops Rumors, list updated 10-28-26

How this tracker is built. The class is every player whose contract expires after the 2026-27 season, from Hoops Rumors' "2027 NBA Free Agents By Team" list (updated 10-28-26) — unrestricted free agents, restricted free agents, and every player-option, team-option and mutual-option decision for 2027-28, with the option's dollar value where the list publishes one. The option tags on the headline names were cross-checked against ESPN's 2027 free-agency preview (Bobby Marks) and RealGM's contract data, and they agree. Two-way contracts (78) are excluded, and rookie-scale team options are excluded, following the source list's own rule. Positions come from The Expert Sports' own NBA rankings data; a player's team and status always come from the source list. Six names ESPN's August preview carried are not here — Stephen Curry, Kawhi Leonard, Amen Thompson, Ausar Thompson, Keyonte George and Brandon Miller — because their contracts have since been extended (current deals run to 2029 and 2032 respectively per RealGM), so they are not 2027 free agents. Nothing here is projected or invented: if a deal could not be verified, the player is not listed.
