What is protected
Everything published on this site is the property of Kevin Duffy and The Expert Sports, unless a page says otherwise. That includes — without limitation — The Expert Sports name and branding; every ranking, board and ordering published here (redraft, dynasty, prospect and cross-sport boards alike); the house trade-value model as presented on this site and every trade value computed and displayed from it; the site's written content, columns, stories and news summaries; its data presentations, page designs and artwork; and all product designs sold through The Expert Sports shop.
The underlying facts of sport — scores, publicly reported statistics and results — are facts, and facts themselves are not owned by anyone. What is protected is this site's own work built from them: the rankings and their order, the writing, the presentations and the designs.
What you may not do
You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, or use any of these rankings, writings, designs or artwork — in whole or in part — for any commercial purpose, or present them as your own work, without prior written permission from The Expert Sports. Buying a product from the shop transfers ownership of that physical item only; it does not transfer any right in the design printed on it.
Personal use
Fans may share links to this site and view its pages for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. A free page is still a copyrighted work — free to read does not mean free to reprint, resell or rebrand.
Asking for permission

Names and sources
No league logos are used on this site; league and sport names appear in text for editorial purposes. Rankings pages state the sources behind each list, and news summaries link to their sources. Nothing on this page changes those attributions.
