⚖️ Custom Scoring Sandbox
Pick a board, set a weight for any of its real stat categories, and the top 100 re-ranks live. The categories offered are exactly the keys in that board's published stat lines — nothing is estimated or filled in.
Honest limit: no weighting of the stat line alone reproduces the site's editorial order exactly — the published rankings also weigh role, form and judgment beyond the box score. The sandbox ranks purely on the stats and weights you choose; that is the point of it.

Boards this sandbox cannot offer
The sports below publish rankings on this site but no fetched stat lines — only ranks, teams, positions and (where verified) ages. With no stat categories in the data, there is nothing honest to weight, so they are not in the sandbox:
Minor League boards are built from Baseball Cube leaderboard fragments (Top-10 finishes per category): most players carry only the one or two categories they placed in, and everything else counts as 0 — the boards say so, and the scores should be read with that in mind.
About the Custom Scoring Sandbox
The Custom Scoring Sandbox answers a question every fantasy manager has asked: what would the board look like if my league scored the game my way? Pick a board — the NBA, WNBA, MLB batting or pitching, NHL skaters or goaltenders, the NFL, or any of the six Minor League baseball levels — set a weight for any of its real stat categories, and the top 100 re-ranks itself live from the players' published stat lines.
The arithmetic is printed on the tool and never hidden: a player's score is the sum of weight × stat over every category, computed from the stat line published on this site's redraft list. A category a player does not carry counts as zero — the sandbox never estimates or fills in a missing number. A category is only offered when at least eight players on the board carry a numeric value for it, so every slider you see is backed by real data. Categories where lower is better — ERA, WHIP, turnovers and the like — need a negative weight to reward the smaller number, and the named presets on the page show exactly how that is done. Ties break by the site's published rank.
One honest limit, stated on the tool itself: no weighting of the stat line alone reproduces the site's editorial rankings exactly, because the published order also weighs role, form and judgment beyond the box score. That gap is the point of the sandbox. It is a scoring laboratory for your own league's rules — points leagues, category tweaks, experimental formats — not a claim that any one weighting is the right one. Everything runs in your browser from the same data files the rankings pages use, and the board updates as fast as you can move a slider.
Frequently asked questions
How does the Custom Scoring Sandbox rank players?
Score = the sum of (weight × stat) over every category you weight, computed from each player's published stat line on this site's redraft list. A category a player does not carry counts as 0, and ties break by the site's published rank.
Why isn't a stat category I expected offered?
A category is offered only when at least 8 players on the chosen board carry a numeric value for it in their published stat lines. The sandbox never estimates or fills in missing numbers.
How do I reward low ERA or low turnovers?
Give the category a negative weight. For lower-is-better stats — ERA, WHIP, turnovers — a negative weight rewards the smaller (better) number; the page's named presets demonstrate the pattern.
